We are looking for a confident and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly team. You will be someone who loves dealing with people, is well-organised and has experience working with different ATS tracking tools.
You need to
- Have solid administration and organizational skills
- Organised, methodical in approach and able to follow processes for recruitment
- Excellent understanding of what a good customer experience looks like, and the ability to give good customer service
- Highly proficient on all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
- Be highly reliable and be able to prioritise
- A high attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
- Be great with people over the phone
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment journey from start to end via job boards, social media and referrals
- Maintaining the CRM system and reporting
- Assisting with general office management
- Data entry
- General recruitment related administration
- Advertising jobs and sending mailers out
- Pre-selecting candidates and setting up of interviews
- Dairy management of recruitment team
- Headhunting for suitable candidates
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years solid recruitment administration experience
- Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
- Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
Monday-Friday 8.30-5.00pm
Salary: Starting from R6,500 per month depending on experience
