You need to
- Day to day administration using CRM and other systems
- Improve the quality of data, using appropriate tools to ensure correct contact details for companies and clients
- Validate contact data via ongoing data cleansing tasks
- Support the data needs of the Sales Team, such as creating contact lists and emails as required
- Research and acquire data from competitor leads and relevant third parties
- Support the production of accurate and regular management information, reports and data exports as needed
- Support other members of the Data Team and their tasks/projects where required
- Support the overall goal of data integration across the business
- Act as a steward of the database, ensuring information is gathered, handled and shared in accordance with internal governance and compliance policies
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
- Be great with people over the phone
- Experience of working with customer data, data marketing, data cleansing, segmentation, list building
- Experience of data and CRM platforms
- Experience of working as part of a Data or Sales Team
- Generating leads for new business

- Outbound call experience 0-2 years in Sales / Lead generation
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills in English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly proficient on all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel) and MS Teams
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
- Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
- High energy, positive attitude
