New "NGO Impact & Donor Coordinator" Job Opportunity at Pamoja Leo Tanzania Tanga, Tanzania (On-site).

 The role of Impact and Donor Coordinator for Pamoja Leo must be able to fully understand all projects that Pamoja Leo operates and manage all reporting through senior staff. The candidate will oversee all project reporting and collection of data from project leads and participants.

Job Description Requirments - MUST BE ABLE TO IMPLEMENT THESE TASKS:

1. Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from a team of 5+. Including photos, data collection, and writing reports.
2. Coordinate weekly reports from staff
3. Lead weekly team meetings.
4. Produce monthly updates for internal and external use.
5. Produce a monthly email for donors.
6. Connect and update regular donors.
7. Collate high-quality impact stories from the team and service users.
8. Design and manage program schedules. Monthly, quarterly and annual 
9. Overseas data collection from a team of 5. 
10. Manage individual sponsorship data. 
11. Review donation inventory monthly with the Office Manager 
12. Liaise with local fundraising opportunities including media and businesses. 

Must have:

• Excellent command of the English language - WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
• CRM knowledge
• Must have STRONG skills in Google Sheets/Google Doc etc
• The position is in Tanga City
• Salary range: 600k - 800k NET
