Job description
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a background of managing Zanzibari/Indian/Asian Food Menu. The ideal candidate must be a Tanzanian national comfortable working n an Indian and Zanzbiri style restaurant setting, preferably speaking Hindi. We offer a basic salary and performance based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
- Create innovative menus and promotions that drive revenue and foot traffic
- Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- In charge of procurement and inventory
- Responsible for overall restaurant customer service
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a Restaurant
- Proven record of managing Indian/Zanzibari Menus
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Must be of Zanzibari/Hindi Origins
- Must be a Tanzanian Citizen
