Property Manager | Tanzania Dar Es Salaam | Apartments for Rent

We are looking for an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to oversee 10 rental apartments in the heart of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania.

TANZANIA HAS BEEN DECLARED COVID-19 FREE COUNTRY!

Main Duties Of The Property Manager

• Social media marketing
• Bookings
• Managing a small team of staff
• Cash handling
• Able to arrange any repairs needed and sort out other emergencies
• Able to work unsupervised and think fast
  
  

Requirements And Experience Needed

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Another language will be a great advantage
• The position is for a single occupancy with no pets
• Excellent proven track record
  

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary Package For The Property Manager

• Basic salary USD 2500
• Single room in a shared, 3-bedroom apartment
• Meals on duty
• Work permit will be arranged by the employer
• Return flight home on completion of every 12 months
• Annual paid leave of 28 days
