Maurya Education Group is a subsidiary of UCMAS International based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the leading global educational franchise organization, producing a portfolio of educational supplements & services that support quality child education through its broad range of child centric brain development programs.
We are looking for an experienced Sales manager in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, to shape our organization’s sales and scale revenue to the next level in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of sale executives. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting planned franchise and sales goals.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales executives.
Work collaboratively across teams - including technical, administration and accounts.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a sale team and partners.
