The permanent secretary from MoHCDGEC invites applications for partial scholarship opportunities (covering Tuition fee and Dissertation Allowance) for all Masters Degree students who have been admitted into various Universities academic year 2020/2021, all applications should be made through electronic system provided and that all applicants who applied through other methods should re- apply via this specified electronic system. All applications made without using this online electronic system will not be considered.
