Must be able to effectively and efficiently supervise human resource;

Must be able to administer and control human resources;

Capable of ensuring high quality of staff performance;

Must be able to apply staff regulations and policies to create staff discipline;

Must be able to apply labour laws with a purpose of maintaining harmony at work place;

Must have some knowledge of employment law;

Must possess strong interpersonal skills;

Must possess strong communication skills;

Must be good in time management skills;

Must be a good problem solver;

Must be a charismatic leader;

Must understand ethics of the Human Resources;

Must be willing to work at minimal supervision;

Must be a high self-drive/go getter; and

Must be able to work independently.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Public Administration/ Human Resources Management
