Overview:
78Inc is a creative digital & business-transformative agency operating in Dar Es Salaam
Tanzania. We are looking to grow our team by onboarding an experienced Creative Designer to provide our team with guidance and ideas to launch and expound on projects. You will develop the creative direction for particular projects and monitor progress, preferably with hands-on experience in the Adobe creative suite package, animation, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
You do not need to be a university-accredited individual to apply for a job at 78Inc. You will be able to freely implement your vision and will become the point of reference for any creative plan making its way to clients. You will be required to achieve the best possible outcome both visually and essentially to meet client expectations while driving our sustainable growth.
Job Description:
• Work with the in-house team to produce new ideas for clients’ branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
• Conceiving, creating, developing, and implementing exceptional creative aspects of tailored strategies to fit clients’ objectives.
• Supervise department daily workflow, assign projects, and monitor deadlines.
• Collaborating with departments in projects when necessary.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas.
• Report progress of projects at major stages internally and to clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a creative director or a similar creative role (provide portfolio).
• A solid understanding of design and art.
• Brilliant interpersonal, communication (written and spoken), leadership & organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models. A creative and strategic thinking lens.
• In-depth understanding of design software’s like Adobe, PowerPoint, Figma, etc.
