Higher Education Students' Loans Board (HESLB)
Mission: To provide loans and grants to needy and eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.
Vision: To be a reliable and sustainable revolving fund in financing eligible Tanzanian Students for Higher and Tertiary Education.
Core Values: The core values which will guide HESLB in achieving its objectives are:

HESLB Instructions for Stationary Loan Application 2020 | Internet Service Providers (Stationaries)
HESLB has provided important guidelines for stationaries that use to fill loan applications form for students who apply for Loan. Those guidelines must be consider so as to ensure form has being filled very correctly so as Students can not miss to include things required in that form and can lead them not allocated for loan 2020/2021.
For those stationaries that expected to conduct that exercise must read these Instructions very Carefully before start application.
