Job Description
1. Relief to Developing Society (REDESO) has set aside funds together with funds from UNHCR for the proposed renovation of REDESO building at REDESO headquarters Kinondoni Dar Es Salaam in the financial year 2020
2. Tenderers are invited to tender for the above captioned works. The tenderer should be a building contractor registered with CRB (Contractors Registration Board) in class 5, 6 and seven.
CRITERIA
- Legal status of the tenderer
- Lowest evaluated tender - 2nd lowest evaluated tender & 3rd lowest evaluated tender
- Work experience for at least three years in similar works.
3. The tenderer should indicate the key personnel to be assigned to the project, their certified C Vs and other relevant certificates.
4. All Tenders in one original plus two (2) copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 pm on the 24th February 2020 .
5. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend in the opening at REDESO offices in Dar es Salaam City.
