Division -Service Department
Reports to National Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate degree in Automotive Engineering
- Accredited technical qualifications to Master Diagnostic Technician level
- Coach The Learner/Train the Trainer Qualification essential
- Minimum experience required:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the motor vehicle repair environment with Instructor skills to train others.
Description:
To manage a service and repair workshop, train technical and administrative staff to ensure future competence through effective succession planning. Ensure that the defined operation is functional at acceptable standards through planning, leadership, co-ordination, measurement, and control.
