- We are offering a career and progression track to being offered Partner role in the top co Partnership LLP where all partners still continue to receive all employment rights and normal monthly salary but in addition a share of the company’s annual profits and a real input and say in some key management decisions and strategies.
- Digitise offers and guarantees life time commission on all the clients deals that you bring to the table. This is backed up by contract and is the companies long term commitment to providing genuine value all around. Digitise believes in investing in people and wants to build an organization that everyone benefits from in the short and long term.
- Any clients that you source which turns into a customer you will not only get the initial project 10% commission but also the recurring services that each project and client needs ongoing (such as hosting, maintenance, support retainers etc.). This ongoing commission also continues even if you leave Staxo and is backed by contract. Staxo wishes to continue to reward you for your work even if ‘life happens’ / events change, and you have to leave for pastures new. Staxo firmly believes that this also keeps the door open for later in life if your circumstances change and or you ever wish to come back to Staxo and continue building your Staxo Retirement Fund. The only condition is that this relies upon the lifetime of the client so if the client leaves and stops paying Staxo then of course the corresponding commission will come to an end but on the flip side if the customer continues to grow as a cause of your continued good work then your commission will continue to grow too.
We are in high growth mode and are seeking our next perfect fit colleague to join our busy and bustling team.
We are rapidly expanding our existing high performing in house outbound telesales team and require highly experienced and capable outbound telesales agents specializing in the Web Design & Web Development Sales industry.
Please note an extremely high level of communication skills are a must.
Generous fixed basic salary starting at R2,500 monthly with annual salary reviews to increase plus in addition uncapped commission, bonuses and incentives.
On target earnings (OTE) in first year realistically expected at R1,000,000.00 equivalent. Our existing team are achieving this as a minimum.

Essential Requirements
- Must be highly driven and motivated and exceptional at generating leads via cold calling methods which are passed over to the in house field sales team to close as part of a joined up team.
- Demonstrable track record of high performance and tenacity to succeed in a fast moving sales technology business at one of London’s fastest growing tech businesses.
- IT skills.
- Hard-working.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
- Keen to learn new technologies and techniques.
- Enthusiastic and polite.
- Outbound telesales (cold calling) to generate leads (we have been very successful at this).
- Depending on experience working with the closing team to facilitate follow on conversations with prospects (and you will gain experience and be trained in the art of closing).
- Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training.
Must be good with IT in general.
