Position : Accountant
Monthly payment package and Incentives Negotiable
Qualification requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in Accountant or any other related field.
● At Least 3 years of work experience in fuel and oil retail companies is the must.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Maintain and examine accounting records of the Company
Ø Develop, implement, modify and document records and accounting system, making use of current computer technology.
Ø Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Ø Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
Ø Prepare weekly, monthly bank reconciliation statements
Ø Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to future prosperity of the company.
Ø Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedures standards.
Ø Assist Auditor in developing audit plan, budget and timelines for the company.
Ø Provide assistance to Auditor to complete annual audits within preset deadlines.
Ø Develop audit scope and audit program for the company.
Ø Provide updates to Auditor about company’s accounts’ status on regular basis.
Ø Detect internal control deficiencies and recommend necessary corrective measures.
Ø Ensure that previous years’ audit recommendations are implemented and errors are resolved properly.
Ø Any other assigned duties by the management.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Ø Completing purchase orders
Ø Managing payroll
Ø Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the Accountant.
Ø Assisting with budgets
Ø Completing bank reconciliations and EFD receipts Reconciliation.
Ø Entering financial information into appropriate software programs.
Ø Managing company ledgers
Ø Processing business expenses
Ø Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
Ø Verifying bank deposits
Ø Managing day-to-day transactions
Ø Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
Ø Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
Ø Posting daily receipts
Ø Reporting on debtors and creditors
Ø Handling accruals and prepayments
Ø Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
Ø Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
Ø Any other duties assigned by therequirements

Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Prepares company and client tax forms and data while offering tax accounting advice to both clients and internal company departments
Ø Maintains and updates working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information.
Ø Prepares tax accruals for company records and accounts
Ø Corresponds with other departments, including marketing and production, to understand business practices and new projects, and communicates the tax implications of all business practices to company’s management.
Ø Develops strong relationships with clients, including understanding their business practices and specific tax information needs.
Ø Assists with preparing annual financial records, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all financial practices and records comply with accepted accounting standards
Ø Works with financial management officials to develop tax strategies that involve both incentives and tax-compliance recognitions
Ø Reviews work by junior team members, recognizes training opportunities for junior team members, and offers knowledge and support to develop team member performance.
Ø Any other duties assigned by the management.
