Chinese-Tanzanian Joint Shipping Company is seeking to recruit compete committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the following position;
TRANSPORTATION AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATOR (1 POST)
Responsibilities:
1. Supply chain logistics service operation
2. Advocate and promote company’s supply chain logistics service
3. Manages external vendors to ensure the accurate cargo delivers ail other supply chain arrangements as well as documentation maintenance:
4. Any supply chain management related activities by providing solution and managing risks
5. Achieve sales and profit targets
Requirements:
|. Diploma/Degree holder with minimum of 8 years working experience im Transportation and supply chain industry
2. Familiar with cargo forwarders business especially on track haulage. customs clearance, warehousing etc.
3. Familiar with imports and export containerized cargo transportation to/from inland. countries such as DR CONGO, ZAMBIA, RWANDA, BURUNDI etc
4. Dynamic, self-motivated with a positive ‘can do” mindset.
5. A confident personality, team worker and time management: priority setting: problem solving; integrity and trustworthy.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills
7. Fluent English speaking and writing. Speaking Mandarin will have priority
8. Ability to adopt long time business trips
