Job Summary
A digital Sales lead generator will be responsible for the development and conversion of leads into digital banking services at NBC. Candidate must have passion with sales/marketing and banking. The position will utilize and integrated strategy that may include but not limited to inbound/outbound telemarketing, field visits and online sales. The position will play a great role in on boarding and retention of customers into digital banking services.


Job Description​

  • Prospect potential leads for conversion into service, hence manage the process of prospecting, qualifying and converting such lead.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboratively work with digital banking team and marketing department to generate strategies necessary to on board and retain customers into digital channels.
  • Providing consistent, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales leads activity reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues and have ability to work independently to full fill objectives set.

Qualifications
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas - Business, Commerce and Management Studies, Effective communication - Advanced (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), English, Experience in a similar environment, Openness to change (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Product and/or Service Knowledge (Meets all of the requirements), Sales Management (Meets all of the requirements)
