Job description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with building facilities management and operations for day to day building maintenance. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or masters in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or related
  • 5 - 10 years' prior industry related engineering
  • 3-5 years in management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
