Reporting To: SHEQ Manager
Role Purpose 
 To alongside internal and external customers to coordinate the activities and data in support of the company’s SHEQ strategy.
Key Responsibilities 
 Work within the OpCo and contracted partners to provide the regular and timely data required to support input the company’s SHEQ Strategy and Objectives.
 Advise and escalate situations to line management where company’s SHEQ Strategy and Objectives are not being met.
 Work with internal and external teams to ensure that all SHEQ reporting, data collection, Quality Assurance and related document control for company is accurate and correct
 Support the development and delivery of SHEQ training in line with the company’s Training Needs Analysis, including the compilation and reporting of training progress throughout the OpCo operations.
 Undertake investigations and audits where scheduled or required, effectively identifying root causes and making robust recommendations for corrective and preventative action.
 Support the SHEQ Manager with the successfully implementation and delivery of all company’s Campaigns and Initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Experience 
 IOSH Managing Safely
 IRCA Approved Lead Auditor Training (or equivalent)preferred
 Minimum 2 years of SHEQ related experience in a Maintenance and/or Construction related organization.
